4 Weeks of Personal Training with Nicole. 2 Sessions each week.
We will complete an assessment before we begin your training. During the assessment, we will go over your medical and lifestyle questionnaire. I will also complete an assessment while giving you a short, but effective, workout. I will create a customized workout plan for you based on all information gathered.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12+ hours in advance. If cancellations are made with less than 12 hours notice then the deposit is forfeited.
