I love Thanksgiving.
I love the reminder it gives to people to be grateful for who and what is in their lives. I am thankful for every single person in my life... Past, Present, Future. For without any of them my life and myself would not be the same person I am today. The good and the bad.
I'm grateful for the ups and downs.
I'm grateful for my body and the movement it allows me.
