What's in a name

Today's fact is not a fitness fact exactly... It's more about what's in a name. Specifically, my business name!

If you're like my mom, you may be pronouncing F.YR as initials. Which also meant I KNOW she did not read my November newsletter I sent to her in all my excitement.

First, F.YR is pronounced like the word "fire". F.YR (Fire) Fitness.

It is an abbreviation as well. As in, F (Find) YR (Your).  

How does that add up?  

F.YR Fitness 

Find Your Fire 

Find Your Fitness.
